Due to this decision, lakhs of employees of Madhya Pradesh state are going to get a huge benefit. However, now the outsourced and contract employees of Madhya Pradesh state are demanding a lot from the department.
8th pay commission will be included
Provincial convenor of Madhya Pradesh state’s All Department Outsource Sangharsh Morcha Manoj Bhargav along with co-convenor Krishna Gopal Purohit have also appealed to the central government. It has been said that outsourced and contractual employees of Madhya Pradesh must be included in the Eighth Pay Commission.
Apart from this, it has been said that all the employees here have been working on salary for the last several years but despite this, justice has not been done to them yet, which should be done as soon as possible. There is also a demand that they should be included in the 8th Pay Commission. Due to this, all these employees can also be given benefits.
Salary will be up to ₹ 51000
Friends, let me tell you that some officials of Madhya Pradesh Sangharsh Morcha are saying that inflation is increasing day by day but despite this, the income of outsourced and contract employees is being given the same amount due to which these employees are facing a lot of difficulty in living their lives. There is a demand that their salary should be increased and the fitment factor should also be increased. Due to which the minimum salary should be ₹40000 to ₹51000 and the recommendation is being prepared, so it is necessary to keep this in mind.

The news is coming out now that it has also been said by them that lakhs of outsourced employees are working in various departments in Madhya Pradesh on contract basis. The salary of these people has neither been increased nor their salary has been secured and neither do they receive the fixed salary. These employees are being made to work like labourers and in some places they are not even being paid salary.
