Members of the EPS 95 scheme will be able to download the payment order required for receiving the identity pension on retirement through the Umang application without facing any hassle and trouble.
4. UAN allotment and action
For the first time, users will be able to generate and activate Universal Account Number through Umang application. Face authentication ensures identity, which makes the process very easy as well as secure.
How to register on Umang application?
- To register for Umang application, one has to visit the website www.umang.gov.in.
- Click on Login / Register.
- You have to enter your mobile number and verify it with OTP.
- For mobile application, you have to download Umang application from Google Play or App Store.
- You have to click on Login / Sign Up.
- Allow location sharing.
- After entering your mobile number, you have to accept the terms and conditions.
