How to Check If Your Name Is in the Beneficiary List
To find out if you’re eligible for the 20th installment:
- Go to the official portal: pmkisan.gov.in
- Click on “Beneficiary Status”
- Enter your Aadhaar number, bank account, or mobile number
- Your status will appear on the screen
If your previous payments were received on time and your details are up-to-date, you’re likely to receive this ₹2,000 payment too.
e-KYC and Land Record Verification Are Now Mandatory
Why e-KYC Is Important
To ensure that only genuine farmers receive the benefit, the government has made e-KYC compulsory. You can complete it via:
- PM Kisan portal using OTP
- Nearest CSC (Common Service Centre) using biometric authentication
- Without e-KYC, your name may be removed from the beneficiary list.
When Will the 20th Installment Be Released?
- The last installment was issued in April 2025
- As per the schedule, payments are made three times a year: April, August, and December
